Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding).
Prepare
offer letters, recruitment reports, and related HR documentation
.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding manpower needs.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with
Qatar Labour Law
and company policies.
Maintain and update candidate databases and reports.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-4 years of experience
in
HR recruitment
(preferably in Qatar).
Excellent command of
Arabic and English
- both written and verbal.
Strong understanding of
Qatar Labour Law
and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Must be
currently residing in Qatar
with a
valid transferable visa
.
