Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices Familiarity with candidate databases and applicant tracking systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
