Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruitment cum Administrative Officer to manage and support our human resource and recruitment functions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent, while also managing day-to-day HR operations to support our diesel generator business.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:



Understand manpower requirements from various departments (Sales, Service, Operations, etc.) Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies specific to the diesel generator and engineering domain. Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and referrals. Make Job ads poster and posting to Job Portals, Social Media Must be familiar with using job platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook Groups for recruitment purposes. Responsible for maintaining an active presence on social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, to enhance employer branding and attract potential candidates Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate technical assessments. Schedule qualified applicants for Finance Manager / CEO interview Facilitate offer negotiations Prepare Job offer letter, Contract and joining letter for the new hires Collect and review new hire documents Endorse new hire documents to the PRO for Visa preparation Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles. Maintain Manpower Requests Monitoring Maintain Applicants Tracking google sheet

HR Operations:



Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Handle employee queries, grievances, and coordinate conflict resolution. Support performance management systems and appraisal cycles. Do the timekeeping (Overtime and Absences) for payroll inputs and coordination with the finance team. Monitor the validity of the Employees documents such as Visa, Passport, Contracts and Health Insurance. Collaborate with the PRO for updates Enroll New hire to Health Insurance and ILOE Provide assistance with employees needs Monitor Employee's annual leave balances Monitor Employee's masterlist and keep it updated (New Hire, and Separated) Take the initiative for employee engagement and all HR facet (Plan, Strategize and execution) and seek approval to the top management

Compliance & Documentation:



Ensure proper documentation of employment records such as contracts, offer letters, ID cards, etc. Maintain compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, gratuity, etc. Support audits and inspections as required. In charge of Employees 201 and 202 files

QUALIFICATIONS:



Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2-4 years of experience in HR, Recruitment and administrative roles (preferably in a technical or industrial company). Must have Knowledge in labor laws and HR best practices. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be assertive and able to work with employees at all levels within the company. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and google application Proficient in Google Calendar, Google meet and any other mode of communication Good organizational and time-management abilities. Experience in the diesel generator or engineering industry is a plus. Freshers in UAE but have relevant experience from other country is welcome to apply

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
