to support our senior management while contributing to core HR functions. This hybrid role requires a professional who can manage administrative tasks with efficiency and confidentiality, while also assisting with basic HR operations. The ideal candidate should be highly detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and comfortable handling both executive-level coordination and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant
Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the MD.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-up action points.
Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of senior management.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Organize and support company events, meetings, and conferences.
Maintain task lists, reminders, and help the MD stay on track with deadlines and priorities.
Liaise with partners, and other stakeholders as needed.
HR Support
Assist in employee documentation, attendance records, and leave management.
Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and support recruitment processes.
Help maintain employee files and HR records in an organized manner.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company-wide announcements.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
Assist Visa process.
Conduct Employee Engagement activities
Handle Grievances
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as an EA/HR role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred:
Prior experience in a corporate or fast-paced business environment.
Familiarity with HR systems or basic HR processes.
