Role Overview



As the HR & Recruiting Manager at InvestMenter Real Estate LLC, you will lead talent acquisition, people operations, and culture-building initiatives to support our company's rapid growth. As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention. Reporting directly to Kiano Lohr, you will ensure our HR processes are modern, scalable, and compliant with UAE regulations while fostering a supportive and high-performance work environment aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities



Lead the complete recruitment process utilizing the Bayzat ATS and other sourcing channels, managing job postings, candidate communication, interviews, and offers. Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, visa and legal documentation, attendance, leave, and benefits administration in compliance with UAE labor law. Coordinate and enhance onboarding and training programs through the InvestMenter Academy, ensuring timely and effective new hire integration. Develop and continuously update HR documentation, SOPs, and process guidelines in Notion. Act as the primary HR support contact for employee requests, queries, and concerns. Partner with department leaders to identify hiring needs and collect feedback on recruitment processes and new hires. Monitor and report on key HR metrics such as recruitment progress, time-to-fill, employee attendance, and satisfaction. Innovate and refine talent sourcing strategies, evaluating the effectiveness of various recruitment channels. Drive employer branding in collaboration with the marketing team to attract high-quality candidates. Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building events. Conduct audits of recruitment, retention, benefits, and employee satisfaction to ensure optimization. Oversee performance management processes and support internal employee development and training programs. Ensure HR policies and contracts stay compliant with the latest UAE labor law changes. Lead strategic HR planning to scale people operations in line with the company's growth trajectory.

Requirements for the Role



Demonstrated experience in recruitment, HR operations, and managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Solid understanding of UAE labor law, employment contracts, and local compliance requirements. Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Bayzat and experience using applicant tracking systems. Track record of delivering structured onboarding and employee development programs. Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information and resolve sensitive employee issues discreetly. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities. Skilled in monitoring and interpreting HR metrics and KPIs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and multicultural environment. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
