HR Recruiter Trainee
Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary Range: AED 1,500 - AED 2,000 per month

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an HR Recruiter Trainee. This is an entry-level role designed for someone eager to start a career in recruitment and human resources. You will receive hands-on training in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while supporting the HR team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job vacancies on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Source and screen resumes for different roles based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain and update candidate databases (e.g., ATS or Excel trackers).
• Support in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Help with HR administrative tasks as needed.
• Learn to use recruitment tools and follow recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Currently residing in the UAE (must have a valid visa/residency).
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, social media).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
