Seeking an Experienced Accountant with VAT Expertise for our Real Estate Firm!
Responsibilities
:
The chance to play a vital role in a thriving real estate company.
Maintain precise financial records for real estate transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue streams.
Handle VAT compliance and reporting.
Collaborate with our real estate team on financial strategies.
Ensure all financial practices align with VAT regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA certification preferred.
Proven experience in real estate accounting and VAT.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
