Our client is one of the leading Engineering Company They are now looking for a Chilled Water Supervisor to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of chilled water systems, including piping, pumps, and cooling units.
- Ensure efficient operation of chilled water networks, troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective measures.
- Oversee a team of technicians, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve system efficiency.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth execution of projects. Maintain records of maintenance activities, system performance, and any required repairs.
- Ensure compliance with HVAC industry standards, safety protocols, and local regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and material procurement related to chilled water systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in chilled water systems, HVAC, or mechanical supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of chilled water distribution, pumps, valves, and HVAC systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of chilled water plants.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Bachelor's degree
