Key job responsibilities *Execute straightforward projects related to existing PXT programs with well-defined procedures
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes
Create process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
Track milestones, identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders
Collect and analyze data using descriptive analysis techniques to measure program effectiveness and business outcomes
Transform raw thoughts into clear documentation (project charters, requirements, implementation approaches)
Ensure the right information reaches the right audience at the right time
Identify roadblocks and drive resolution of problems
Apply project management and business analysis best practices to improve team efficiency
Automate manual, repetitive work to improve scalability
