Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Human Resources Generalist to be a cornerstone of our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HR professional to build and shape HR functions, directly impact employee experience, and support the company's exciting growth trajectory. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR duties, from recruitment to employee engagement and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract top talent.
  • Create and facilitate a comprehensive onboarding program that welcomes new hires and immerses them in our positive company culture.
Employee Relations & Culture:
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing guidance and support.
  • Proactively develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • Champion our core values and help build a collaborative, respectful, and positive work environment.
  • Organize company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
HR Administration & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the main liaison with benefits providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Process payroll in coordination with finance or external providers.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
  • Support the administration of the performance review process.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, feedback, and professional development.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably as a generalist.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A natural relationship-builder who can interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Culture Champion: A genuine passion for and experience in helping to build a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Problem-Solver: A proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and diplomacy.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and applicant tracking systems.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
