Job Description

Employee Records Management: \xc2\xa7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations. \xc2\xa7 Assist in the preparation of employee documentation, such as offer letters, contracts, and termination letters. Recruitment and Onboarding: \xc2\xa7 Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. \xc2\xa7 Ensure diversity and a fair and robust selection process \xc2\xa7 Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates. \xc2\xa7 Coordinate new employee onboarding, including the preparation of new hire paperwork, orientation materials, and scheduling of training sessions. Employee Benefits Administration: \xc2\xa7 Support the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, leave policy, transport etc \xc2\xa7 Assist employees with benefits inquiries and facilitate the resolution of benefits-related issues. \xc2\xa7 Coordinate with external vendors and insurance providers to ensure accurate enrollment and timely communication. HR Policy and Procedure Support: \xc2\xa7 Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. \xc2\xa7 Help ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies. \xc2\xa7 Assist in maintaining the employee handbook and other HR-related documents. Employee Relations: \xc2\xa7 Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters. \xc2\xa7 Assist in addressing employee concerns and grievances, escalating to HR management as needed. \xc2\xa7 Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organising company events or activities. HR Reporting and Analysis: \xc2\xa7 Prepare HR-related reports and metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment statistics. \xc2\xa7 Assist in analysing HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making. \xc2\xa7 Support HR projects and initiatives, as assigned. Performance Management System \xc2\xa7 Assist in executing the annual performance evaluation system, collecting the appraisal forms and submitting them for quality audit Compliance and Recordkeeping: \xc2\xa7 Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. \xc2\xa7 Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files, training records, and performance documentation. \xc2\xa7 Assist in conducting audits to ensure HR processes and practices are in line with legal requirements. Training \xc2\xa7 Support in organising effective training programs with the HR Head \xc2\xa7 Assist in creating the training needs analysis \xc2\xa7 Record training data and provide metrics for people development initiatives Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Experience:
