Key Responsibilities:
Manage
filing and documentation
for onboarding candidates.
Assist in the
HR onboarding process
, including preparation of offer letters, joining formalities, and record keeping.
Handle
PRO (Public Relations Officer) work
, including liaising with government authorities, managing approvals and ensuring statutory compliance.
Maintain accurate
employee records
and HR files.
Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth joining and HR processes.
Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as required.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, HR or a related field
.
Any additional certification in
HR, labor laws or PRO work
is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum
1 years of experience
in
HR operations and PRO work
.
Prior experience in
onboarding, documentation, and statutory compliance
is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong organizational and filing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
