Specialist - HR & Immigration- PRO Executive

Role Summary:

The HR & Immigration Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR, labour, and immigration processes for the Qatar region. The role requires strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Laws, Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) regulations, mainland immigration procedures, and Free Zone (FZE) processes. The position includes regular coordination with senior stakeholders, clients, and government authorities, and therefore calls for excellent communication, documentation, and compliance skills.

Experience & Qualifications

? Proven experience in Qatar HR operations, immigration processing, and labour compliance.

? Prior experience working with QFC, Free Zones (FZE), and mainland regulations.

? Hands-on experience with Qatar government portals (MOI, Hukoomi, ADLSA, QFC platform, etc.).

? Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Qualifications:

? Graduation in any Field

Language Requirements: Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Arabic will be an advantage.

Proficiency Levels: Native or bilingual proficiency preferred.

Skills & Competencies

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Strong interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

? Deep knowledge of Qatar Labour Laws, QFC regulations, and mainland immigration processes.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

? Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and process orientation.
