HR & PRO Admin

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & PRO Admin to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions and managing all aspects of government relations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of HR operations and UAE labour laws, capable of handling everything from employee onboarding to visa processing with efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, probationary periods, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administer employee benefits, leaves, and attendance records.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, NOCs, and experience certificates.
  • Support payroll processing by providing relevant data like attendance, leaves, and deductions.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
PRO (Public Relations Officer) & Government Relations:
  • Manage all processes related to employee visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, and labour card applications/renewals/cancellations.
  • Liaise with government authorities including MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation), GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs), and other relevant departments.
  • Stay updated on changes in UAE labour law, immigration rules, and government procedures.
  • Ensure full compliance with all UAE federal and local regulations.
  • Handle medical examinations, insurance card processing, and other government-related formalities.
  • Manage company licensing renewals and other PRO-related tasks as required.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the management and HR department.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements if needed.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a professional office environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in a combined HR and PRO role within the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labour law, visa processing, and government portal systems (e.g., MOHRE, Tasheel, GDRFA).
  • High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be available to join immediately (or within a short notice period).
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Proactive & Resourceful: Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent Communication: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • High Integrity: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Customer-Service Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and government officials.
