Manage employee files according to the adopted system
Prepare monthly salary report
Manage requests of visit visas, renewal, and transfer of residencies
Manage employee leaves
Prepare annual leave plan
Follow up with the procedures of employees leaves and return from leaves
Manage the procedures of employee resignation / termination
Prepare regular reports
Manage the activities of the representative
Manage probation period of newly hired employees with coordination with direct managers
Capabilities
Ability to Analyze Problems
Ability to arrange events or business in a specific way in line with a specific rule or rules (such as, concluding to letters, words, pictures, or mathematic operations).

Candidate Profile:
Requirement opens to Arab Nationals
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s de Degree in business administration or any relevant major
Preferably holding the professional certificate \xe2\x80\x9cProfessional in Human Resources\xe2\x80\x9d (PHR)
Experience of from 3 to 5 years
Fluent in English language in terms of reading, writing and speaking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
