KPI and OKR performance processes

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Management System Design & Optimization
Lead the design, configuration, and end-to-end execution of annual and quarterly performance cycles on
Lark HRIS
(goal setting, mid-term review, year-end evaluation).
Partner with department leaders to develop, cascade, and calibrate KPIs/OKRs aligned with business strategy.
Continuously improve performance processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
2. System Management & Data Analytics
Serve as the internal expert of the Lark HRIS performance module, responsible for daily system maintenance, permission management, feature testing, and updates.
Provide system training and operational support to employees and managers.
Collect, clean, and analyze performance data; generate visual reports (goal completion rate, calibration distribution, 9-box talent matrix, etc.) to support talent review, compensation planning, and leadership development.
3. Communication, Training & Support
Prepare and deliver performance-related policies, guidelines, and company-wide communications in both Chinese and English.
Organize and facilitate online/offline training sessions and workshops for global or cross-regional teams.
Provide coaching for managers and employees on goal setting, performance feedback, and development conversations.
4. Projects & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Participate in or lead HR projects related to performance management, including engagement surveys, succession planning, and incentive program design.
Work closely with HRBPs, Recruitment, and Learning & Development teams to ensure alignment across all talent management activities.
QualificationsMust-Have:
Bachelor's degree or above; majors in HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
Preferred:
Experience in tech, internet, or fast-growing companies.
HR certifications such as
SHRM-CP, PHR
, etc.
Experience designing or implementing
360 evaluations
or
Continuous Performance Management (CFR)
systems.
Minimum
2 years of hands-on experience
specializing in performance management.
Practical experience in configuring and managing
Lark HRIS performance module
(especially KPI/OKR workflows), with understanding of system logic and user flow.
Solid experience in designing or operating KPI & OKR performance frameworks, with deep understanding of principles and application scenarios.
Fluency in
both Chinese and English
(written and verbal) for business communication and documentation.
Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills with strong cross-functional influencing ability.
