Role Summary
As an HR Operations Specialist at Contango, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle. You will oversee core administrative processes such as onboarding, data management, payroll support, and HR system maintenance, helping drive a consistent, accurate, and high-quality employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end
HR administrative operations
, including onboarding and offboarding, ensuring HR data accuracy, integrity, and efficiency across systems.
Support
HR systems management
, including payroll, employee data, compliance documentation, project-based security clearances, and leave administration.
Drive continuous improvement in
onboarding and offboarding processes
to ensure compliance, enhance employer branding, and support talent retention.
Manage
policies and benefits administration
, including benefits enrolment and employee queries.
Ensure
compliance with employment laws
and internal policies by implementing and maintaining up-to-date HR procedures.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to align processes with broader HR and organizational goals.
Required Experience
and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration
,
Human Resources
,
Psychology
, or a related field
8+ years of relevant
HR Operations experience
Strong understanding of
HRIS
and related technology platforms, including system upgrades and implementations
Solid knowledge of
UAE employment law
, HR compliance, and employee relations best practices
