Jascon Engineering W.L.L. is seeking a motivated and results-driven
HR & Payroll Officer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and payroll processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Handle recruitment activities including screening, interviews, and onboarding
Administer employee attendance, leave, overtime, and benefits
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company HR policies
Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and management reports
Coordinate with PRO for visas, renewals, medicals, and government formalities
Address employee queries related to HR and payroll matters
Support performance management and disciplinary procedures
Assist in HR audits and continuous improvement of HR processes
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR & payroll (preferably in construction/engineering sector)
Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law
Experience with payroll systems and MS Excel
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Experience with WPS payroll processing
Familiarity with ERP or HRMS systems
Multinational workforce handling experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
