We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR & Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a workforce exceeding
10,000 employees
across the UAE. This is a mandatory requirement within the
Facility Management
sector. The ideal candidate will be an expert in UAE Labour Law and proficient in managing high-volume, complex payroll cycles using enterprise-level ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Mass Payroll Execution:
Manage the entire monthly payroll cycle for
10K+ employees
, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement via the Wages Protection System (WPS).
ERP System Management:
Serve as the functional expert for payroll modules within
Oracle HRMS
,
SAP HCM
, and
Microsoft Dynamics AX
.
Compliance & Audit:
Ensure strict adherence to the
UAE Labour Law 2026
updates, including End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB), gratuity, and GPSSA calculations. Conduct rigorous internal audits.
Operational Complexities:
Manage complex attendance, overtime, shift differentials, and site allowances specific to a site-based, blue-collar facility management workforce.
Reporting:
Deliver precise labour cost analysis and financial reports to senior management using data extracted from the ERP systems.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 10 to 15 years of direct, high-volume UAE HR & Payroll experience.
Industry:
Proven background in the
Facility Management
industry is non-negotiable.
Software Proficiency:
Mandatory hands-on experience with
Oracle
,
SAP
, and
MS Dynamics AX
.
Legal Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of MOHRE regulations and UAE Labour Law.
