Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
HR and Office Manager
to join our dynamic team. This role combines human resources management with office administration to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing HR functions and office logistics and will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Support management in workforce planning and talent development.
Organize meetings, manage office supplies, and maintain company records.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
Ensure a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment.
Coordinate with the Logistics department.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and office management, preferably within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
