Job Description
Our client is a global management consulting firm and they are looking for an Arabic speaking HR Operations Specialist to join the team in Dubai.
Role will be focused on the following:

- Employee management
- Compensation and benefits
- 5 years HR Operations experience, within a professional services firm is a plus
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree / CIPD level 5
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic
