Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law.
Coordinate payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
Support performance management, training, and employee engagement programs.
Assist in HR policy development and implementation.
Liaise with government authorities for visa processing, renewals, and other HR-related documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably within Qatar.
Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
