HR Officer
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage the visa process for employees, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate with government authorities for labor cards, immigration matters, and other PRO-related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of all employee documentation.
  • Provide support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with specific experience in PRO duties in the UAE.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
