Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
full-cycle recruitment
including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Coordinate
visa and labor card processing
in compliance with UAE labor laws
Maintain accurate records of
employee leaves
(annual, sick, unpaid)
Calculate and process
annual leave payroll
in line with company policy and UAE labor law
Update and manage
HRIS/HRMS systems
with employee data
Support
employee relations
and respond to HR queries professionally
Liaise with
government authorities, PROs, and external agencies
as required
Requirements:
Male - Any Nationality
Minimum
2 years UAE HR experience
, preferably in the
spa or salon industry
Strong knowledge of
UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and HR compliance
Experience in
recruitment, visa processing, and leave payroll
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
