We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and UAE labour law compliance.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain HR policies, employee records, and HR documentation.
Handle payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and company policies.
Support performance management .
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
Experience in payroll and employee relations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
