Modon Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates Modon Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates Target Candidate: UAE Nationals with 1-2 years of HR experience Job Purpose To support the HR function in executing core HR operations with a focus on Emiratization initiatives, talent development, and compliance with UAE labor laws. This role is ideal for an ambitious UAE national seeking to grow their career in HR within a structured environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews) with emphasis on UAE national hiring . Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring smooth integration. Maintain job descriptions and support internship/graduate program management. Prepare offer letters and manage candidate communication. 2. HR Operations & Government Compliance Support payroll processing (additions/deductions) and employee data updates. Assist with MOHRE/visa processes (renewals, medicals, Emirates ID). Track visa expiries and ensure timely renewals. Coordinate with PROs for document processing. 3. Employee Experience & Development Help organize employee engagement events and welfare initiatives. Support performance management cycles and training coordination. Assist in implementing career development programs for UAE nationals . Maintain employee records and HRIS (SAP) updates. 4. Office Administration (Support Role) Assist with office logistics (supplies, meeting rooms, leases). Ensure compliance with Civil Defense and HSE regulations . Qualifications & Requirements Education: BacheloraEUR(TM)s in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 1-2 years in HR (internships included); fresh graduates with relevant training may apply. Skills: Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws and MOHRE systems. Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to SAP HRIS is a plus. Strong communication (Arabic & English) and organizational skills. Preferences: HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous but not mandatory. Passion for Emiratization and talent development. Seniority level
