Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer with a background in the nursing profession to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR functions, employee relations, and healthcare workforce management.

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources

,

Nursing

, or a related field. Proven experience in HR, preferably within the

healthcare sector

. Knowledge of

Qatar Labour Law

and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Qatar VISA transfer is mandatory.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Local hire preferred.
