We are looking for a highly organized and bilingual
HR & Office Manager
to join our team.The ideal candidate will handle both Human Resources and Office Management functions and must be fluent in German or Polish.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company internal policies.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and performance reviews.
Handle office administration, vendor coordination, and internal communication.
Support management in reporting and documentation.
Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and office management (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
Fluency in German, Polish or French is mandatory (English proficiency required).
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with high attention to detail.
