· Research industry practice, study relevant labor laws, understand PG practices. · Draft HR processes and monitor its implementation. · Update policy/process manual · Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits administration. · Stay updated with market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages. · Coordinate onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. · Provide HR guidance and mentoring support to the CHR team to facilitate efficient day to day functioning. · Participate proactively in any other HR projects that maybe assigned. Should have experience in Vendor Management, Contract Management, Supplier Management, HR Policies and processes
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or any related field. Master's degree is a plus. · HR certification is a plus. · 5-7 years of relevant HR experience. · Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships and provide effective HR guidance. · Fluency in Arabic and English is must. · Excel, word skills: Advanced Level hands-on experience is a must. · Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. · High level of confidentiality and professionalism
