Assist in recruitment activities including posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support onboarding process for new hires including document collection, medical and license verification, and induction.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Assist in processing payroll data and coordinating with finance for WPS compliance.
Provide support in employee relations, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Assist with healthcare authority requirements (DHA/DCAS) related to staff licensing and renewals.
Support HR team in performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Handle routine employee queries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of HR experience in the
healthcare sector
(home care, hospitals, clinics, or EMS).
Basic knowledge of UAE Labor Law and healthcare authority processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
