Job Description

STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCES FUNCTIONS
  • Devise and execute HR policies/procedures, induction manual, HR manual and Compensation & Benefits manual as per the instructions of the Management and implement in the organization to follow / practice
  • Conduct performance management system for the employees of company in coordination PM / Departmental Managers aligned with company\xe2\x80\x99s vision and values to determine high potential employees and reported the outcome to the Management.
  • Organize/evaluate job analysis, wrote Job descriptions for all the jobs and distributed to concern site and head office staffs, also designed Job grading system for the company.
  • Handle & affording HR services with knowledge on the domains of recruitment, performance management, succession planning, professional & organization development, employee relations, rewards and recognition
  • Accomplish various compensation policies, increment, incentives and benefits including payment packages for newly hired employees.
