Job Description
Seeking an experienced HR Manager to work in a diverse operational HR role within a creative environment.
Responsibilities will include HR Operations and Administration Functions such as:
- Providing guidance to management,
- Employee relations,
- Comps & bens,
- Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
- HR Project Management
- L&D, talent management, talent pooling
- General Admin, Office Management, Facilities, Budget management
- Be educated to degree level or relevant HR qualifications.
- Have experience as a HR Generalist at an operational level and really enjoy operational HR
- Have experience in the UAE, with a very good working knowledge of UAE labor laws and how/when they apply
- You will have a very high level of communication both written and verbal and have a be a stickler for detail.
