Our client looking to hire an HR Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.
Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage recruitment processes for doctors, nurses, administrative staff (Clinic) and teachers, assistants, administrative staff, and helpers (Nursery) adhering to relevant regulations and organizational needs.
Implement efficient recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Utilize external legal support sparingly for specialized legal matters related to employment contracts.
Licensing & Compliance:
Manage license renewal with relevant authorities (DHA, KHDA, Trakhees, MOH) ensuring compliance with all licensing requirements and regulations.
Maintain proactive communication with relevant government entities and leverage PRO for interactions as needed.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems for doctors (Clinic) and all employees (Nursery) in accordance with CEO\'s strategy guidelines.
Create and maintain appraisal systems, providing support to department heads.
Payroll & Administration:
Process accurate and timely monthly salaries for all employees, manage HRMS system, employee database, WPS compliance, insurance policies, and health benefits.
Handle employee leaves, payroll taxes, and other HR administrative tasks efficiently.
Strategic Initiatives:
Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals, optimizing efficiency and service.
Identify and implement HR automation tools and best practices, promoting a positive work environment.
External Resource Utilization:
Utilize external legal and PRO services for specialized legal matters, contracts, and interactions with government entities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Time-to-hire rate for clinic and nursery positions.
Compliance with government regulations and licensing requirements.
Effective performance management systems.
Accurate and timely payroll processing and administration.
Positive feedback from CEO on HR services.
