Entiqa group in Libya currently seeking a Corporate HR Director to join their team. This role is responsible for leading the HR governance , talents development, payroll management and compliance for the group. Requirements: Degree qualified 15-20 years experience in HR related positions, with experience in a large Retail corporate group An expert in local labour laws, including most recent changes and updates. A strong business partner able to advise leadership across the group on policies and legalities within HR. Experience leading a large Retail and wholesale shared services department with a strong hold on the process flow, for a business with over 350 staff.
