HR Manager with mandatory Tadbeer Center experience
to lead and manage all HR operations, recruitment, and employee-related services within our center. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of MOHRE, domestic worker procedures, Tadbeer workflows, and UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily HR operations within the Tadbeer center.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of domestic workers.
Ensure compliance with MOHRE regulations and Tadbeer protocols.
Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Develop HR policies, SOPs, and training programs for staff.
Coordinate with management, PRO, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate HR records, payroll, and documentation.
Lead and supervise the HR team to achieve KPIs and service quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an HR Manager in a Tadbeer Center (Mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and domestic worker regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle complex operations.
Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.
