Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on HR Manager to manage all worker-related HR functions -- from recruitment and onboarding to files, contracts, renewals, and welfare -- while continuously sourcing new candidates through local and overseas channels

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date files for 160+ domestic workers (visas, contracts, health insurance, attendance, etc.)

Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and renewals in coordination with the PRO and finance teams

Conduct basic interviews and assessments for new candidates (communication, grooming, experience)

Track worker performance, attendance, and accommodation status

Support the management in deployment scheduling, replacements, and dispute resolution

Ensure compliance with Tadbeer, MOHRE, and residency requirements

Liaise with the Product and Operations departments to ensure worker readiness for clients

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of HR or recruitment experience in Tadbeer / domestic worker / manpower / cleaning company

Strong understanding of visa, labor, and employment documentation in UAE

Good communication skills in English

Organized, reliable, and able to work independently with tight deadlines
