Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Spider Access Cladding Works and Building Cleaning LLC. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the company. This includes but is not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, HR policy development, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic HR leadership, a thorough understanding of employment laws, and the ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Formulate, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal requirements, industry standards, and company objectives.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company\'s overall business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the HR landscape, anticipating future trends and proposing proactive strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage recruitment processes
  • Develop and implement performance management systems
  • Develop and implement employee relations programs
  • Provide guidance and advice on a range of HR matters
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of HR information
  • Handle employee grievances and disputes
  • Develop and implement employee training programs
  • Monitor and review HR processes and procedures
  • Conduct job analysis and job evaluation
  • Manage payroll and benefits
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • At least 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role
  • Proven understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Female candidate between 35-50 y.o.
