Role Summary: As an HR Manager at Impart Design, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will play a key role in supporting the company\'s growth and ensuring a positive work environment.
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
Qualification Summary: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in ISO Certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of HR best practices and labor laws in the United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive work culture. - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development. - Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations. - Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees. - Maintain accurate HR records and data, utilizing HRIS systems and tools.
