Hr Manager (saudi National)

Job Description

Seeking a dynamic HR Manager for managing the day-to-day operations of Human Resources activities including supervising collation of HR data, recruitment for various subsidiaries, managing routine tasks in the design of framework, conducting training need analysis, organizing internal training programs and revising relevant report. Responsibilities:

  • Leading the company's HR programs and policies.
  • Employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety, performance and staffing.
  • Maintaining the company's strategic goals by designing, planning and implementing programs and policies.
  • Promoting communication and good relationships between staff and management.
  • Following-up employee affairs, including vacations, leaves etc.
  • Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring all legal compliances with Ministry of Labor and other governing authorities.
  • Advising department managers on HR issues related to Government regulations, discipline and employee grievances.
  • Full knowledge of the laws and directions of GOSI
  • Full knowledge of the laws and regulations of the Human Resources Development Fund
  • Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees.
  • Administer payroll and payroll records.
  • Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization.
  • Coordinate with company's lawyer for legal matters

Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Human Resources Management. Additional diploma is an added advantages.
  • A Saudi National proficient in Arabic and English written and spoken.
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in executive field
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required, written and spoken.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ?6,630.00 - ?29,835.12 per month
