We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The bulk of the role will involve employee orientation, benefits administration, compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution. You will lead and manage the function, ensuring effective implementation of strategies, processes, policies, and procedures in accordance with the KSA laws & regulations, aligned with global best practices, and thereby facilitating effective management of HR in alignment with the business strategy.
  • Implementing and developing HR policies and procedures.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Direct and oversee the development and management of the company's Saudization strategy in line with Nitaqat. Manage the processing of visas and invitation letters to ensure that the business operations face the least disruption possible. Manage the renewal of business permits and commercial licensing to ensure that the organization is compliant with various regulations and laws. Apply for new registrations and licenses as and when there is a business requirement to ensure continuous business operations.
  • Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team.
  • Oversee the process of monthly payroll, end of service and other compensation practices.
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including health insurance, expenses, and vacation.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures.
  • Fluent collaborator with an ability to motivate team members.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Passionate HR professional with a genuine interest in building long lasting professional connections.
  • Skilled in addressing employee concerns with utmost sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Ability to communicate freely with team members and understand the concerns from a neutral outlook.
  • Able to organize, lead, coach and make teams and team members work harmoniously with each other.
  • Can make things happen and the work done on time through people.
Other Requirements
  • Proven working experience in HR for a number of years, 2 of them at least as an HR Manager.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field.
  • Saudi national only.
  • Experience in a start-up, or at least an appreciation of the special challenges facing start-ups advantageous.
