Human Resources Manager- Real Estate Female Gender Minimum 2 years experience in companies related to Real Estate. In this role, the HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and talent development. This individual will work closely with our leadership team to drive a positive workplace culture and ensure that our employees have the necessary resources to succeed. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field 2+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and driving positive workplace culture Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Immediate availability Female Gender Experience in the Real Estate industry.
