Job Description
The HR Manager will lead and manage all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based real estate agent relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives. Position Location: Media City, Dubai, UAE

- Manage and lead the HR Dept of the Sales Teams on a day-to-day basis.
- Recruit, interview and refer acceptable Sales candidates to the General Manager for 2nd interview.
- Hire selected candidates which have been approved by the General Manager and manage the offer letters and employment contracts.
- Create and maintain a positive, competitive culture to drive high-performance
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with Sales staff to support their development and drive results.
- Attract, develop and retain the best talent within the Sales team.
- Work closely with the General Manager to ensure a clear plan for development of talent in the Sales team.
- Contribute to setting targets, KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and keeping the office in a positive enviroment in line with company\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
- Provide regular employment forecasts & performance reports.
- Work closely with the management to set budgets and re-forecasts.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree preferred.
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years in a HR Real Estate position in the UAE.
- Extensive knowledge of the HR Real Estate industry.
- Proven experience in HR Real Estate recruitment in Dubai.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting
- processes Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with outstanding HR skills.
- Excellent English proficiency, fluency in other languages and Russian is a plus.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Extensive knowledge of the HR Real Estate industry.
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- minimum in a HR Real Estate position in the UAE: 5 years (Required)
