Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the real estate industry.
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and manage the selection process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other sources of talent in the real estate industry.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs specific to the real estate industry.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
  • Implement HR processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the real estate industry.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs specific to the real estate industry.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the business on HR matters in the real estate industry.
  • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 6 years of experience in HR management, with experience in recruitment and HR generalist functions in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
