Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of human resources within the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Manage key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.
- Foster a productive workplace environment and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles in the Oil & Gas or related industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of HR functions, culture, talent management, and HR operations to drive organizational success.
- Education: Degree in a relevant field.
