Company Overview

We are a sub-subcontractor in the Oil & Gas sector, providing construction and engineering services to major projects across Qatar. To support our workforce operations, we are hiring an experienced

Camp Manager

to oversee and manage staff accommodations and welfare facilities.

Role Overview

The

Camp Manager

will be responsible for managing the daily operations of labor and staff camps, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. The role requires excellent organizational and people management skills to provide a safe, secure, and well-maintained living environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall administration and operation of company labor and staff camps. Ensure

health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards

are strictly maintained. Supervise catering, cleaning, and maintenance services in the camp. Maintain accurate records of camp occupancy, allocation, and staff movements. Coordinate with HR and Admin departments regarding employee arrivals, departures, and transfers. Ensure compliance with

Qatar labor laws and regulatory standards

for worker accommodations. Handle employee grievances related to camp facilities and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and submit camp management reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.

5-8 years of experience

in camp management (Oil & Gas sector/GCC experience preferred). Strong knowledge of

Qatar's worker welfare and labor accommodation standards

. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Fluency in English (Arabic and Hindi/Urdu knowledge is an advantage).
