Position: HR Manager



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team at a Dubai-based Labour Supply and Facility Management Company.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, preferably within the labour supply or facility management industry, and be capable of managing records for a large workforce.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of approximately 1500 full-time staff, including but not limited to personnel files, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and employees are familiarized with company policies and procedures.

Process payroll information accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to employees as needed.

Handle employee inquiries and concerns professionally and confidentially, escalating issues to HR management when necessary.

Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR department and the company.

Requirements

Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Manager role, preferably within a labour supply or facility management company.

Knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations.

Proficiency in ERP

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From AED5,500.00 per month
