Our client, a prestigious holding company in the UAE, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This strategic leadership role will support the HR Director in driving key transformation initiatives and fostering a high-performing work culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement high-impact HR projects that align with business objectives. Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law while driving best practices in HR policies and processes. Partner with senior stakeholders to address key people management challenges in a matrix-driven and fast-paced environment . Oversee Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Worker Welfare, Talent Management, and Succession Planning . Collaborate with Operations Senior Management to enhance HR strategies and embed industry best practices. Qualifications & Experience: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 12+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role . Proven expertise in a holding company, real estate development, or construction sector . Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities. Arabic speakers preferred.
