JOB DESCRIPTION:
As our HR Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing and improving the HR processes of the company. You will play a key role in employee relations, recruitment, documentation, and compliance with UAE labor law. The position supports both our office and site-based teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, oversee payroll coordination, visa and insurance processing.
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
Plan and execute employee engagement and internal communication strategies.
Prepare HR reports and updates for senior management.
Collaborate closely with operations and project teams to ensure manpower alignment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of HR experience in the UAE (experience in interior fit-out/construction is an advantage).
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and insurance procedures.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
