Business Development Manager

to join our team and drive the next phase of our expansion.

We're seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager who will be a key player in driving company growth, generating leads, increasing revenue, and collaborating across departments to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the

interior fit-out

and renovation sector Work closely on estimation & team to ensure accurate and timely proposals and quotations Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align business strategy with lead generation campaigns and branding efforts Build strong client relationships through meetings, presentations, and follow-ups Develop strategic plans to increase

revenue and market presence

Attend networking events and exhibitions to boost brand visibility Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies Prepare and present performance reports and business forecasts Represent the company in a professional and positive manner

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of

proven experience in business development

within the

interior fit-out industry

Must be

based in Dubai

with a strong understanding of the UAE market Strong network in real estate, construction, and architecture sectors Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills Must have

own car and valid UAE driving license

Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
