Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection. Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates. Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution. Promote employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to recommend improvements.

3. Performance Management



Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. Support managers in setting goals, conducting reviews, and developing employees. Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.

4. HR Policy & Compliance



Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and internal policies. Update and maintain the employee handbook and HR policies. Manage disciplinary actions and grievance processes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

5. Compensation & Benefits



Oversee payroll administration, benefits enrollment, and compensation reviews. Benchmark salaries and recommend adjustments to maintain market competitiveness.

6. HR Data & Reporting



Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data. Generate regular HR metrics and reports for management decision-making.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresher

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
